booking etc

hi all hope you all had a good christmas and new year .
i need to start this new year , with a few rules on ghost hunts, the last time we booked a load of stuff everyone stated they were going , me and gary were left to pic up the tab, we lost a lot of money, on time wasters, this time round we are asking for deposits up front , to be paid by paypal or check.
not refundable if u dont turn up . hope you understand this .
me and keith are on line if u want to discuse this , excuse my spelling lol.
we are also trying to get insurance , so if anyone as any advice on that , that would be great, we will all need to add some money for that , to keep costs low. .
